Gluten Friendly Ambassador

Congrats Barb! She is our volunteer Gluten Friendly Ambassador (GFA). As a gluten sensitive pizza lover, she will be given some pizzas to test and review over the next month or so. Please welcome Barb and follow her GFA journey.

She will be sharing reviews on some pizzas and her GFA experience.

She was selected from 3 finalists and gave this review of her trial GF pizza from Pezzo:
“The garlicky goodness was delicious! Ooh that smell -yum! And it looked good too! The garlic, cream sauce, spinach and pine nuts were evenly spaced on the pizza.
The gluten free crust was good some sections were crispy some were chewy. But I liked both! The crust had good flavor and was not gritty nor crumbly like some GF crusts.
